This is the running index: health claims we have found circulating in podcast comment sections, with their current status.

Circulation is measured, not estimated — occurrences, distinct channels, engagement, window. A claim near the top is one a lot of people are repeating to each other, which is the only reason it earns our time.

Status means:

• Adjudicated — we took it to the literature and published a verdict.
• Queued — it clears the bar and has not been examined yet.
• Not testable — it circulates, but it is not stated specifically enough to be wrong.

Most claims here will never be adjudicated. That is not a backlog; it is the shape of the problem. The index exists so you can see the whole field, not only the part we chose.
